Vice President, Technology - Lead solution architecture, requirements definition, and product strategy for development of capacity planning solution for integrated planning of Wireless (3G/LTE) Networks (RAN/EUTRAN/EPC), and RAN Congestion Prediction for policy based (PCRF) proactive control of congestion in mobile network.

·   Defined OSS solution architecture and requirements for Fault, Performance, and Configuration management of IP MPLS Network, and support of IP-VPN services.

·   Led architectural and OSS solution requirement for Service Assurance in supporting triple play services (VoIP, Video, and Data) in a Multi-service Convergent Network. Some of the key Network Elements and servers supported include: Cisco/Juniper MPLS core routers, Riverstone Ethernet Switch, DSLAMs, Lucent Feature Server, Signaling Gateway, Media Gateway, Session Border Controller, Microsoft Video server etc.

·   Led the System Architecture and Engineering activities to provide an integrated OS solution for Alestra, covering transport and switching OSs (i.e., MFOS/SDAS, ITM-XM/NM, ITM-XM/C, ITM-SC, and SARTS) and AT&T Global Technology Platform based on CSL solution.

·   Worked on a major ATM Switch and ATM NIC development project. Analyzed the performance of UNI signaling protocol stack compliant with Q.2931 and UNI 3.1 for analysis of call processing capability of the switch.  Actively involved in the development of system and software architecture for the ATM switch. Developed the prototype of the switch with implementation of ITU-T and ATM Forum compliant SVC signaling and IP-over-ATM software compliant with RFC 1577, RFC 1483 and RFC 1292.
